Reservation & Cancellation “Terms and Conditions”

  1. All rooms are NON SMOKING
  2. No food service in rooms, except for guests with health difficulties or risks to other guests
  3. Payments must be made within 5 days of the reservation voucher date, unless it was agreed on “no advance requirement”
  4. Rooms will be cancelled/released if payments NOT received within 5 days from the reservation voucher date
  5. It will be the responsibility of clients to avoid room cancellation due to late/non-payment.
  6. The hotel management may or may NOT inform clients on cancellation of rooms due to delayed or non-payment of advance.
  7. Payments will be forfeited if clients cancel room reservations during Peak season (Mar, Apr, May, Sept, Oct & Nov); No cancellation fee charged for low season months (June, Jul, Aug, Dec, Jan and Feb)
  8. Extra bedding will be charged Nu. 1800 per bedding set
  9. No shows and early departure will be charged in full
  10. Payments for food or any other must be paid at check-out time
  11. Check out time before 12 noon; Late check-out should be informed and will be subject to room availability
  12. All sales will be charged a 10% sales tax and 10% sur-charge
